Services in detail
Well-kept premises are not the result of occasional large-scale cleans, but of a plan that matches the use and footfall of your property. That is why every cleaning contract with us starts with a site visit and a service specification. It sets out which rooms and areas we clean, how often, and which additional work is carried out as required.
This lets you follow the service at any time, and allows us to incorporate changes – for example after a conversion or a change in occupancy – neatly into the plan.
Maintenance cleaning

Typical intervals and service times
We agree the intervals together. Typical guide values, which we adapt to your property with you:
- Office space: two to five times a week, depending on occupancy
- Washrooms and kitchenettes: usually at every clean
- Stairwells in residential complexes: weekly or fortnightly
- Glass and window cleaning: several times a year
- Deep cleaning: once or twice a year or before re-letting
We agree the exact intervals with you after the site visit.
