1. Controller

The controller responsible for processing personal data on this website is:

Prime Facility Services GmbH
Rahmannstr. 11
65760 Eschborn
Managing Director: Manuel Heel
Phone: +49 (0) 6196 204 7113
Email: info@prime-facility.de

2. Overview

This website does not use any analytics or tracking tools or advertising cookies, and does not embed any external content such as fonts, maps, videos or scripts from third-party providers. Only your device’s system fonts are used. We only process personal data insofar as this is necessary to provide the website and to handle your enquiries.

3. Hosting and server log files

This website is hosted by IONOS SE, Elgendorfer Str. 57, 56410 Montabaur, Germany. When you access the website, the host automatically records information transmitted by your browser (server log files), in particular:

  • the IP address of the requesting device,
  • the date and time of access,
  • the page or file accessed,
  • the amount of data transferred and the status code,
  • the referrer URL,
  • the browser type and version, and the operating system.

Processing is based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest lies in providing the website in a technically error-free, secure and stable manner and in detecting and defending against attacks. According to IONOS, the IP addresses in the log files are anonymised and the log files are deleted after eight weeks at the latest. We do not combine this data with other data sources.

IONOS processes the data as a processor on our behalf; a data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR is in place with IONOS. The servers are located in Germany or elsewhere in the European Union. We do not transfer data to countries outside the EU or the EEA.

4. Contact form and contact by email or phone

If you contact us via the quote form on the contact page, the quick enquiry form on our service pages, by email or by phone, we process the data you provide (e.g. company, name of the contact person, email address, phone number, property location, property type, floor area, services required, a callback request with preferred time, and your message) in order to handle your enquiry and prepare a quotation for you. If you request a callback, we use your phone number to call you within the time you have specified.

The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR insofar as your enquiry is aimed at concluding or performing a contract, and otherwise Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in responding to enquiries). The details from the form are sent to us by email. To ensure that no enquiry is lost due to a fault in email delivery, a copy is also stored in a directory on our web space at IONOS SE that is not accessible from outside, and is automatically deleted after six months at the latest. Our email mailbox is also operated by IONOS SE as a processor.

We need the mandatory fields marked * in order to respond to your enquiry. In the quick enquiry form, either a phone number or an email address is sufficient. All other information is voluntary. Without the mandatory information, we cannot process your enquiry via the form; however, you can also reach us by phone or email at any time.

We store your data for as long as is necessary to handle your enquiry. It is then deleted, unless statutory retention obligations (e.g. periods under commercial or tax law) prevent this.

To protect against automated spam submissions, the form uses an invisible check field and a time check. No additional personal data is collected and no external services are embedded in the process.

5. Cookies

This website does not set any cookies and does not store any information in your browser’s storage (e.g. local storage). No data is transmitted to social networks, advertising or analytics services. A consent banner is therefore not required.

6. SSL/TLS encryption

For security reasons, this website uses SSL or TLS encryption. You can recognise an encrypted connection by “https://” in your browser’s address bar.

7. Your rights

Within the scope of the statutory provisions, you have the right at any time to:

  • access to your stored data (Art. 15 GDPR),
  • rectification of inaccurate data (Art. 16 GDPR),
  • erasure (Art. 17 GDPR),
  • restriction of processing (Art. 18 GDPR),
  • data portability (Art. 20 GDPR),
  • withdrawal of consent given, with effect for the future (Art. 7(3) GDPR).

Right to object (Art. 21 GDPR): Insofar as we process data on the basis of Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, you may object at any time on grounds relating to your particular situation. You may object to processing for direct marketing purposes at any time without giving reasons.

To exercise your rights, simply send a message to info@prime-facility.de or write to the address given above.

8. Recipients

Apart from us, the recipient of your data is IONOS SE as technical service provider (hosting and email) within the scope of data processing on our behalf. Data is only passed on to other third parties if we are legally obliged to do so.

9. Right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority

You have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority. The authority responsible for us is the Hessian Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information (Der Hessische Beauftragte für Datenschutz und Informationsfreiheit), Postfach 3163, 65021 Wiesbaden, Germany.

10. Business contact initiated by us

When we contact companies by post, we use business contact details (company, name, position, business address) from publicly accessible sources such as legal notices, the commercial register or company websites. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in initiating business relationships). You may object to this processing at any time. We will record your objection and will then not contact you again.

11. Updates to this policy

This privacy policy was last updated in October 2026. We will amend it if the website or the legal requirements change.
