Services in detail
The right security service depends on what needs protecting, at what times and against which risks. This determines whether permanent on-site presence, mobile patrols or a locking service makes sense.
We visit your property, discuss the procedures and record the tasks in written post orders. These also state whom we inform in the event of irregularities.
Legal framework
Security services may only be provided with a licence under Section 34a of the German Trade Regulation Act (GewO). We hold this licence; you will find the details in our legal notice.
Depending on their duties, the law requires security staff to complete an instruction course at the Chamber of Commerce and Industry (IHK) or to pass a certificate of competence examination. Security staff are also recorded in the German security register (Bewacherregister) and screened for reliability by the competent authority. These requirements apply to all security companies in Germany.
Typical intervals and service times
We set the service times according to risk and need, for example:
- At night, at weekends and on public holidays
- Fixed locking and unlocking times in the evening and morning
- One or more patrol checks per night
- Temporary assignments, for example until a construction site is handed over
