Services in detail
Outdoor areas are the first thing tenants, customers and visitors see of a property. To keep them looking well kept all year round, we work to a seasonal plan that we agree with you.
Green-area maintenance covers lawns, hedges, shrubs and beds. Hard-surface maintenance concerns the paved areas: paths, driveways, car parks, courtyards and underground car parks.
Well-kept outdoor areas are also a matter of safety: overhanging branches, wet leaves or weeds in joints can become trip hazards. That is why we treat green-area and hard-surface maintenance together and pay attention to paths, entrances and parking areas while we work. We report any issues, such as damaged paving or trees that look unsafe, to the property manager or owner.

Typical intervals and service times
Typical guide values, which we adapt to your property:
- Lawns roughly every one to three weeks during the growing season
- Hedge trimming once or twice a year
- Leaf clearance several times in autumn
- Hard-surface maintenance weekly, fortnightly or monthly
We agree the exact intervals with you after the site visit.
Good to know
Under the German Federal Nature Conservation Act (BNatSchG), severe cutting back of hedges and woody plants is not permitted from 1 March to 30 September. Gentle shaping and maintenance cuts are possible during this period.
The use of chemical weedkillers on paved areas such as paths and paving is prohibited by law. There, we remove weeds mechanically.
